What is your return and exchange policy?
No Returns Policy: At VAHE WARRIOR, we take great pride in the quality of our products. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery for assistance. We will work with you to provide a replacement or correct the issue. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to qualify for an exchange. This policy applies only to customers with a shipping address or residing in Australia.
Final Sale Merchandise: All items, including gift cards, promotional gifts, or discounted merchandise (price as marked), are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
In-Store Purchases: All in-store purchases are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please inspect your items carefully before completing your purchase.
Third-Party Retailers: Items purchased from third-party retailers or specialty stores must be addressed directly with the original place of purchase. We do not accept exchanges for items bought through our third-party partners online or in our stores.
International Customers: For customers with shipping addresses outside Australia, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Monogrammed or Personalized Products: Monogramming and personalization services are available for select VAHE WARRIOR items. Please note that all sales of monogrammed or personalized products are final, and these items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I exchange an item?
Qualifying orders are eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase (applicable only to shipping addresses in Australia). To qualify for an exchange, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
For exchanges related to damaged or incorrect items, please contact VAHE WARRIOR's customer service team at vahewarrior@gmail.com. We will assist you with the process to provide a replacement or correct the issue.
When will I receive exchange?
Exchanged item could take up to 4 weeks to be delivered, once received.
What is involved in the exchange?
An exchange is a process where you return an item you purchased in order to receive a replacement. In the context of VAHE WARRIOR, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can send it back to us and, in return, we'll provide you with the same item in the correct condition. This allows you to swap your faulty product for a new one without making a new purchase.
What payment options are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and also working on providing an additional payment option (PayPal) at checkout.

What shipping method do you use?
VAHE WARRIOR sends domestic and international orders with Australia Post. All packages are insured, and as soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. We offer free shipping on all orders over AUD $190 within Australia.
How long will it take to receive my order?
This year, shipping carriers are experiencing an unprecedented volume of packages, leading to global delays. Although our VAHE WARRIOR team is diligently working to pack and ship orders on time, we anticipate potential delays once packages are handed over to Australia Post. Unfortunately, any transit delays after this handoff are beyond our control. While we wish we could expedite delivery times, the reality is that carriers like Australia Post are handling an overwhelming volume.
Holiday Shopping Tip: We understand how crucial holiday gifting is, and we strongly encourage you to shop a little earlier this year to give carriers the extra time needed to ensure your gifts arrive on time.
Processing and Shipping Times:
Australia: In-stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
International Orders: In-stock orders are processed within 15+ business days and may experience additional transit time and customs clearance delays.
Invalid Shipping Addresses: Please note that we are unable to ship domestically or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.

At VAHE WARRIOR, releases are limited, once they are gone we could never see them again, so be quick!

At VAHE WARRIOR, we recommend that all of our products be washed in cold water on a gentle cycle, and air-dried to maintain their quality and longevity. These simple steps will help preserve the softness and durability of your VAHE WARRIOR apparel.
