Shipping & Returns Policy

Return and Exchange Policy
At VAHE WARRIOR, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if an item is delivered incorrectly, is faulty, or does not match the description, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unwashed, unworn, and all original tags must remain attached. This policy applies to purchases delivered within Australia (for Australian residents).

Final Sale Merchandise: All items are noted as a final sale, meaning they cannot be returned, however, if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described then return is acceptable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact vahewarrior@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange or remedy. Damaged or incorrect items reported after 14 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. VAHE WARRIOR will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
How To Exchange
For all exchange requests, please contact VAHE WARRIOR's customer service team team at vahewarrior@gmail.com to arrange an exchange if eligible.

Exchange Process:

Contact Us: Email our customer service at vahewarrior@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item within 14 days of delivery.

Approval: Once we verify that the item qualifies for an exchange, we will provide you with the address to return the package.

For Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Shipping to Us: Please ensure the item is securely packaged, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
4. Shipping to You: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the correct or undamaged product back to you free of charge.
Tracking Your Order
VAHE WARRIOR sends domestic and international orders with Australia Post. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. If you need assistance, please email vahewarrior@gmail.com with your order number.
Delivery Time
Continental Australian orders: in stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Orders outside the Australia: in stock orders are processed within 15+ business days and may be subject to additional transit time and customs clearance delays.

Domestic Ground Shipping: AUD $18.95 or free for orders over AUD $190
Orders Outside of Australia: AUD $49.95 Flat Rate
Holiday Shipping Cut-Offs
Due to a significant increase in package volumes globally, shipping carriers are experiencing delays. While our team is working diligently to process and ship orders on time, some delays in transit may occur once your package is with the carrier. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of our control. We understand how important timely deliveries are, especially for holiday gifting, and recommend placing your orders early to allow extra time for delivery.
Shipping and Warranties
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses, either domestically or internationally.

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier that is not affiliated with, or controlled by, VAHE WARRIOR. The title to the products and the risk of loss or damage for these products passes to you once VAHE WARRIOR delivers the items to the carrier.
